Structural Features of HC719 angular contact ball bearing

In HC719 Series, the design of small balls enables the bearings to have high-speed performance, high rigidity, and low heat. The rings are made of bearing steel with high purity. The unique technology of heat treatment, cold treatment, and material modifications lead to a dramatic increase in taking fatigue life.
Contact Angle: 15°and 25°. Paired bearings can support axial and radial loads.
Cage: Bakelite (outer-ring guided), Nylon (rolling-element guided), brass

when the rolling elements are steel balls,
• Grease: DmN≤1200000 (that is, limit speed N≤1200000/Dm
• Oil (minimum): DmN≤1800000
when the rolling elements are ceramic balls,
• Grease: DmN≤1400000 (that is, limit speed N≤1400000/Dm
• Oil (minimum): DmN≤2200000
