Full complement Cylindrical Roller Bearing has one or two raceways without a cage; thus, it has a higher load-carrying capacity. Since the bearing does not have a cage, the relative slide usually occurs between rollers. Its optional main structures include NCF (single-row) and NNCF (double-row).
NCF Design has single-row rollers capable of bearing axial load in one direction; therefore, it is used as the unidirectional locating bearing.
NNCF Design: it has double-row rollers capable of bearing single direction axial load; therefore, it is used as the unidirectional locating bearing. It applies to the situation with low speed and heavy load.
The Open-type with full complement is mainly applicable to general mechanical equipment with low speed and heavy-duty.
The Close-type Full is mainly used for wire rope pulleys of cranes.
